      Pros

      Hire people with unique back ground difficulties, such as an ex-felon, etc... Very flexable schedules.

      Cons

      100 percent Scientology philosophy, R.L. Hubbard saying cover the walls, and its LOUD, so its difficult to hear while on the phone, and clients are wondering what al the noise is about. Lots of hoopla.

      Pros

      Great co to work for made a lot of great friendships there.

      Cons

      Send people home when they have a day of no sales . It never happened to me but for the people that exp. it it was degrading .
