Pros
Benefits (not pay) are very competitive.
Cons
The organization is characterized by ongoing instability. Many individuals holding managerial positions seem preoccupied with delegating tasks to teams outside of their purview. Several teams were downsized under the guise of a "reduction in force," although the positions were relocated offshore. Unfortunately, the offshore personnel lack proper training or technical qualifications. A manager remarked, "Their technical prowess is inconsequential as long as they can redirect tasks efficiently," leading to overburdening individuals now fulfilling roles previously managed by multiple team members. Opportunities for internal growth are scarce, with no structured annual performance evaluations in place. Job vacancies are typically filled by external candidates rather than promoting from within the company. In a notable instance, an individual was denied a promotion due to being deemed "too valuable in their current role."
