Pros

Have a few people I do know at the company. Interview process was good. Have met some talented people. People in administration seem friendly.

Cons

Seems very cliquey. Also seems a bit disorganized. Management sees stand offish. I am keeping the faith - hoping it will get better. I intend to find out.

Thanks for posting and giving your initial feedback. We have been and will continue to push for an open collaborative environment. This is often challenged by the speed at which we must move. I personally will continue to try to do a better job of listening and making sure we make well informed decisions. I would only ask that you give feedback on how we can be better. Remote work. Some good people.

Cons

This company lied to the employees while laying off rounds and rounds of people. Each round came with an assurance it was the last, and of course you wouldnt be affected. They had us training people from India to eventually take our jobs, even had us record how-to videos for them to use. It should have all been very clear from the beginning, but when you have the CEO and managers all assuring you that your job wont be affected, you kind of want to believe them. Was assured the people that did get laid off had nice severance packages. Come to find out the severance package was only for two weeks. This company is absolutely scummy. I would stay far away.

Pros

Talented colleagues, diverse skillsets and mostly focused on high demand areas for services.

Cons

Management over forecasted revenue by a large amount and the cost was over 250 laid off including myself over a 1 year period. The field sales force were mostly lemons who were brought up in reselling and totally unable to prospect for solutions consulting business, Now they've been bought by a Private Equity company they will be bled for cash and then sold at fire sale prices a year or two from now.
