Pros
I've never worked for a company that seems to care about their employees this much. Everyone treats each other like a member of the family and pitches in. Management gives you feedback on a regular basis and micro-management is NOT what this company is about. You'll get a direction and you find your own path to get there. The company will back you if you've got the conviction to do it.
Cons
It's hard work. The work is very challenging and will keep you on your toes. (maybe not necessarily bad, but sometimes it's tough)
