Pros

Set Hours, Opportunities to make more money and/or change jobs within company, Great people, work is not to hard and Relatively laid back overall for factory work.

Cons

It seems like the company is headed down the drain, has been sold multiple times in the last few years in an effort to make profit. So job security at the moment is questionable.

Cons

This place is hell hole, the heat, the tipe of work ,supervisor very sad but I feel sorry for the people who work there!
