Maybe the pay, but even then, it’s not worth what you have to deal with on a daily basis

Sexual harassment, rude supervision, make you do work that isn’t your job and doesn’t pay you for it, will fire you for any reason, cannot take off work for being sick or children being sick or in hospital because once you’ve gotten 5 points, you’re automatically terminated no matter what the reason was that you missed work, do not listen to issues that you have in the work area, takes care of supervisors before workers
