Pros
I’ve worked for this company for two years, while there are inefficiencies there are also many positives. I’ve grown in the company by changing departments and positions through promotions in the short time I’ve been here. Everyone here is a family and supports and steps in to help when needed. We do a ton for the community too which I love. Seeing how fast the company is growing has been my passion
Cons
I mentioned inefficiencies above. As the company grows we outgrow processes and the communication can be frustrating. This is to be expected. Also there is a ton of weight on our shoulders to get all of the work done and at times we don’t have enough people for the work flow
