Faith based company, family environment, great culture, great leadership, passionate employees, flexible schedule, great work life balance!

Cons

Nothing bad to say about this company, however I will say it may not be for everyone. We work hard and that often requires you to wear a lot of hats. Constant communication and teamwork is a must! We have big plans and that requires constant change. An employee must be flexible, and able to adapt. You must be comfortable, being uncomfortable in order to grow!
