Pros
Family owned and they care! Ownership is present and willing to be involved in decisions as they arise. They are open to suggestions and dealing with growing pains as a group rather than “it’s my way or the Highway.” From the sales standpoint we get to work with some of the best companies in the area and everyday is something new! Always an adventure and a lot of fun.
Cons
AHM is still growing very rapidly so with that comes some chaos, but every employee is fully devoted to growth and finding the right path!
