-Working for a good cause -Lots of working lunches

Cons

-Health benefits stink especially for being a healthcare organization -Heavy senior management politics and drama -No raises or real bonuses unless promoted -Overtime discouraged but still have to get all work done

I love working with people with HIV people and improving their quality of life

Cons

The payment is not very high and you have to be very careful with the confidentiality.
