      The fact that at the end of the day i have made a difference in people's life its so fulfilling about my job at AHF.

      Cons

      Since AHF serve less privileged community,sometimes stress level is so high where we may not meet exceptions from that community.

While many places restrictions - at AHF - you are encouraged to speak your mind and act in the best possible way - to make LIVES better! One joins as a WORKERS, steps up to a LEADER, and then becomes a CHANGE MAKER at AHF!

      At time s I feel we are enjoying a little TOO MUCH FREEDOM and stray from our GOALS and thus dilute the MISSION of the organization.
