Great training to start with and good compensation to start with.

Cons

After a while it is 100% commission and you will spend a lot of time on the road going to every little hole in the wall. No real benefits to speak of.

There are nothing to write here.

Cons

Manager lack leadership. Meetings are depressing. Only a few people are recognize at meeting for their sales. Everybody else just sit there and watch in agony. Manager does not help those that are struggle to improve. They do not provide leads and expect you to cold calls and prospect. This is hard if you are new to insurance. Health benefits is no better than if you had to buy it from outside. They are not cheap. Stay away!

Great Product training and Incentives. Great at training beginners to become successful agents. The Best Products in the industry hands down. Always working to improve their products to help those they served even better.

Cons

Management, Management, Management going all the way to the top! My experience with this company only lasted 9 months, in which I saw several in office manager terminations, all the way up to the General Manager. Then word had it even his boss was let go. So the people who were working there, were on pins and needles and left to flounder. I had to leave since things were falling apart.
