good valuable training provided for all new agents. good feedback from direct supervisors to keep employees motivated and stay on top of things

Cons

a lot of micro managing. word for word script reading and if read incorrectly you will get scolded.

Pros

I enjoyed the people that I worked with and getting to meet new people through the process of informing individuals about insurance but I don't like a commission only job.

Cons

With the compensation being commission based its hard to structure an efficient budget when you don't know how much your check will be from week to week.
