Pros
Salary was just ok, my colleagues were nice who hated the Mgmt.
Cons
Stuck-up, know-it-all terrible mgmt. with low moral everywhere across the organization with stifle and backwards corporate culture. You would feel like you’re in 90s for how they conduct their business. Everything is backwards and outdated. Only people they don’t know are the top mgmt. themselves. Mgmt who are there for a long time are mostly tyrant and know it all so much so that they don’t know when they make mistakes as they can’t admit to their bad decision making. It’s no wonder they went bankrupt and the US government shouldn’t have rescued this company with tax payers money while back. They’re the exact same mgmt as they were and they will never change. They never listen to their people below and they only want followers and yes men, and they don’t want any truth. Mgmt also have tendency to take credits for their subordinates work claiming they’re the ones who did the job and everyone reporting to them despise the senior mgmt as they only know how to blame other people for their own mistakes or they always escape goating others. Mid management even the experienced ones all eventually end up leaving especially talented ones. The company should not be operating in any country. They should have been bankrupted when they should have during financial crisis to even later on. They transfer senior executives to other countries every few years, those are the useless executives who really don’t know what they’re doing and they know nothing about the culture where the business is operated as well, not everywhere is NY and those stuck up American useless long timer AIG impose their American ill mgmt style in every country they operate. (They bring such bad mgmt style wherever they go and they’re not worth their overpaid salary..)
