Pros
Decent pay with decent benefits and my team has a good work environment/ work-life balance during non-busy seasons. Good software and a company willing to spend the money on quality of life softwares. Lots of opportunities to learn new things and a big company with lots of people you can reach out to. Additionally, I have seen a lot of diversity in management and they seem to be a company not afraid to sponsor international individuals (may change after covid). The company is always improving on itself.
Cons
The equipment provided is a bit out-dated (small monitor, older computer), benefit offerings could be slightly better. They gave me the offer and expected a response within 3 business days. They then proceeded to not send me an offer letter for 2-3 weeks. Not the best practice.
