People stays too long and so is the management and there is no room for growth unless they leave. Also, they wanted to use all your strengths at work. Not much of an avail time on the account Im handling so you get so exhausted and the fact that I also support other staff that usually rely on me but they dont even have aux for mentoring so helping people out will really affect your stats and will drain you out specially on Monday.I was sortha demoted, I use to handle escalations every day and now they demoted some TL’s to handle it so we are left on regular line that sortha removes our autonomy. Company wants to use you up to the last scent. Management are not pro employee as they say on our charter jacket since they have answers if you brought up something negative and they do not want to do anything about it.
