Pros

International opportunities, good pay (to offset the terrible culture)

Cons

Upward management is only considered, not how well you treat your employees -- people are treated like dirt, overworked, unappreciative -- upper management is awful and doesn't listen -- too many managers and not enough people to do the job

Pros

work from home option is a plus

Cons

outsourcing partners selected to reduce staff however they can not complete tasks properly causing additional work, which management ignores. In the past 2 years there has been constant changes with no final vision or plan revealed to the staff, causing many employees to leave due to uncertainity with the future

International Presence. Financial Strength Brand Image Horizontal Job Opportunities Vertical Job Opportunities Retirement Benefits Are Excellent

Cons

Pay for Performance System Utilized The Past Two Years is essentially an episode of "Survivor" where managers in roundtable discussions who don't align themselves with other managers are at a distinct disadvantage.
