Fantastic culture, and great company!

Pros

- Great people, they are all pretty laid back but at the same time are driven to deliver results and grow the company. - Fun company events for consultants and full time employees throughout the year! - It's really growing quickly, but you still know everyone's names. - Flat hierarchy- you can see the impact you make and your opinion does matter. - Team performance incentives - the commission scale works well by providing incentives for both individual and team performance. Helps to get rid of that dog eat dog sort of mentality that can be pervasive in some sales roles.

Cons

- Flat hierarchy - outside of consultant roles. If you want to 'move up the ladder quickly' as a full time employee you may find it difficult as there are only a couple rungs. The company is growing quickly though, which means this could change at some point.

Pros

Growing company, great compensation packages. Leadership is genuine, extremely supportive, and makes an effort to build relationships with every single employee. Company invested in personal as well as professional growth. Great culture.

Cons

High Pressure Environment, Benefits are Average, hours are rigid and they don't offer work from home opportunities.

A staffing company in consulting clothes

Pros

Unfortunately there were none to report as the experience highlighted what happens when founders sell a company and those that are left are put in charge.

Cons

This mighty staffing company wants to be a national consulting firm but had the wrong leadership in place to do so. Too many talented folks passed through with little care to listen and let them help. The reward and performance structures are aligned to recruiting and staffing business models so compensation expectations could never have been met. The lack of women and people of color is leadership was profound.
