      People seem to be nice and smart

      Cons

      Feels like back stabbing and judgmental attitude at times. Desiring to become a consulting company but struggling get out off being a staffing company.

      A Chance to Make a Difference in a Company with a Bright Future

      Pros

      At AIM, you work with people who care about you, and not just your work life but your home life too. Everyone wants to help and make a difference for as many people as possible! All levels of the company, from the newest employees to the CEO are hear to listen and guide in any way that they can.

      Cons

      There are some positions that seem to be treated with greater importance than others, and since the company is still relatively new there isn't a clear career path or room for promotions for most positions. There has been definite improvement though as the company grows.

      There are wonderful and brilliant mid-level leaders that you would have the opportunity to work with and/or for.

      Cons

      The words and the intent might seem great, but the actions behind them are lackluster. Be very clear going in on metrics and commitments.
