Pros

previous management was great, really knew how to treat folks and grow a business. It was family and a joy to go into work on a daily basis.

Pros

Great people, great environment. It was great working for a smaller, privately held company, versus a giant corporation.

Cons

The owners cashed out and made a ton of $$, while everyone else lost their job.

Pros

Benefits were reasonable, but not great. Very successful in their domain. Lots of opportunities if located at home office.

Cons

Salaries were not great. Did not assist with relocation even when promoted and moving to home office.
