Nothing in the company was uniform. Some people could work their desired hours, some could not, some could work from home, some could not. Was promised a flexible position that ended up meaning I had to remain flexible given all the changes in work hours and even where I was going to be every day. At the same time I felt cyber-stalked by management to make sure I was working EXACTLY 40 hours a week at my salaried position. It was ridiculous.

Promotions were based on seniority and ambitious performers. No, emphasis on management and people skills. There was a culture to promote within the "clique" and friends tensed to get favorable territories. Poor benefits package and low pay. Few opportunities for advancement in the field Poor communication to field employees from management. Work was redundant and boring, akin to working an assembly line. Innovative and out of the box thinking were not promoted
