      Pros

      Very friendly people with a passion for helping customers and people. Managers and people leaders say they care about employees and they follow through with that by the actions that they demonstrate. There are some really strong technical people who deeply know the system and currently, there is very good Development leadership.

      Cons

      Onboarding is a little chaotic, but if you know the right people, then you are able to get into a rhythm. Be sure to know the right people as knowledge is not readily accessible.
