Usually very flexible with scheduling, worked around my school schedule. Easy job once you learn the ins and outs of the job.

Cons

No opportunity to advance as high as other companies, not as much room for growth within the company as compared to others

Pros

Amazing Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Diverse employees Relaxed professional environment

Cons

The management style is very corporate. The daily routine can be impersonal, as with most large companies. There is no interaction between upper management and the "little people". The general atmosphere would not be characterized as enthusiastic and happy. Most people stick around because of the benefits.
