Pros

Most of my co-workers are great. Pay is ok after you become an RS II.

Cons

Management is horrible. Don't listen to their employees. If you have a concern I general would get a brush off or an excuse. Watch out for arrogant managers. No opportunity for advancement no matter how hard you try, you'll still be overlooked. Only certain people advance guess it's who you know.
