      Pros

      Received good training, pleasant office to work in. Team leads were supportive.

      Cons

      We had to watch the clock, everything had to be done exactly when it was supposed to be.

      Pros

      The metrics that they grade you on are clear with an option to appeal. They provide you equipment. There are some amazing people working there (harder to meet them when you don't work in the office tho). The job is something that can be left at the desk, no take-home work required.

      Cons

      Your time is managed down to the minute. The managers and team leads feel the need to make sure you know that. You are not a human being here, just a robot to pick up the phone and answer it in the "right way". I worked here for 3ish years and the goals got harder and harder to reach. Beware it is a place to work for a little bit, becomes unbearable in the long run. There is little room to more up outside of RS line.
