Pros

Cannot think of one away reasons to work here. If you must only for a check and insurance

Cons

Management is all about their friends. Rewarding them and verbally treating others poorly.

Pros

Remote work is a nice perk.

Cons

Middle school - level gossip, micromanagement of highly-educated professional employees, leadership turns a blind eye and deaf ear to, well, everything if they don’t like you. And if you speak up about anything, they WON’T like you. Non-sensical software programs and work processes.
