Not hard , just micromanaged

Pros

The job isn’t hard . It’s the micromanaging that makes you not want to come in. They make it hard to move up. If you make one mistake during your promotion period ( which is 6months) you’re kicked out of the running and have to wait . If you you take too long off the phone be prepared to get a message asking what you are doing . There is no time between calls to even catch your breathe it’s is non stop .

Cons

Favoritism. No sick days . U have to use your PTO . If you call out sick it counts against you

Pros

-Most of the TLs were great. -Only 1 manager was respected. -The TLs do more work than the managers.

Cons

-Not accommodating for students like they claim. -Some of the training is unnecessary or not reflective of the updates once you transfer to the "floor". -The emails about quarterly revenues serves no purpose to the employees who are doing the work.
