Pros

-bonuses ever quarter -PTO always approved -flexibility with schedule - schedule 9:30-6 -benefits are decent -work life balance

Cons

-audited 5 times a month (picky auditors) -only allowed to be out of your desk 10 mins a day (to use restroom & they time you, if you pass the allowed time you’re not in compliance for the day) -seems a bit micro managed -no advance to move up

Pros

Great leaders Room for growth Hire from within Highly motivational managers Great Work Ethic All policies and training resources readily available

Cons

The actual job is emotionally taxing High call volume (55-60 calls per day) Callers can be extremely rude mostly clinic staff, doctors, and nurse calls. You must do good in audits to succeed Call ins are limited to 6 per year
