Targets for the position were not clearly defined until approximately 3 years after hire date when new manager started. Overtime was offered on an almost weekly basis to address workload/staff mismatch. HR offered minimal support despite reporting repeated episodes of sexual harrassment and racially inappropriate comments as well as homophobic comments witnessed during team conversations and instant messaging communication. HR offered minimal support when requesting assistance with direct supervisor who engaged in lateral sexual discrimination.
