Pros

Good salary and benefits, decent work life balance depending on team you are part of.

Cons

Frequent acquisitions and hence rifs in an effort to consolidate teams, frequent leadership changes for subsidiaries. No clear direction of business growth, mostly reacting to fires.

Pros

There is a lot of PTO available

Cons

Healthcare is expensive, there are short breaks, the amount of calls you get is crazy. The calls cut into your break. There is no work life balance. This should not be a Work from home job
