Pros

People are passionate about their work Pay was pretty good

Cons

Anthem changed the company and started outsourcing many of the positions. Many people have left including CEO and VP's.

Pros

Work from home You get Quarterly bonuses There is also an Annual increase Not a stressful job, requires good communication.

Cons

Salary is really low. No flexibility with schedule. You can change once every 4 weeks, move your shift up or make up hours on another day to get time off. They do not count any experience a nurse has, the base pay is the same. No growth professionally
