Pros

Somewhat good pay, benefits, work from home

Cons

Calls are non stop back to back. The more solutions you are trained on the more calls you get and most callers are the worse of the worse. New employees are not being trained correctly and aggravate callers more because they are transferred multiple times. Callers are Very rude and unprofessional, detrimental to your mental health. You can’t be off sick unless you have PTO or file a leave of absence or else you get a call off point(UTO) A doctors note is not sufficient you need to submit for an LOA and not every illness qualifies for FMLA.

Pros

There is potential to move up if you are liked. Benefits are decent.

Cons

No guidance from management in order to help advance. Work/Life Balance is non-existent if you are salary. You have to be good and playing “the game”.
