      Fairly stable. Can be innovative. Decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      The parent company Anthem Inc., is draining the life out of AIM. AIM is and has been going through a lot of changes. Along with these changes comes bump in the road. Remember, all bosses have bosses.

      There is a lot of PTO available

      Cons

      Healthcare is expensive, there are short breaks, the amount of calls you get is crazy. The calls cut into your break. There is no work life balance. This should not be a Work from home job

      Pros

      Company values are articulated clearly and reinforced regularly and exemplified by staff. As a radiologist who interprets imaging studies this work allowed me to increase my clinical knowledge exponentially and combine it with the skills I gained as a practicing radiologist. My supervisors and colleagues are smart, helpful, supportive and fair. I literally learn something new every day on the job.

      Cons

      Insufficient vacation time for me. Hourly rate is low but benefits are great.
