Pros

AIM has been a company with competitive PTO, salary benefits and a decent bonus structure. The team and people around the company are also intelligent, knowledgeable and helpful if you know how to tap into their insights.

Cons

The management of the team is pretty substandard, in that the senior executives are unaware of the daily issues and problems faced by the junior employees, which leads to more friction and abrasion during performance reviews. Also, there is a lot of data politics that goes on around the organization, which sometimes may cause some of your personal requests for data to be deprioritized. Selection of projects is very critical in this company, because certain projects tend to be put on the shelf/die down if the contributions are not properly articulated or if enough value is not seen.

Don't trust your manager

Pros

Work at home, other associates. Depends on which department you are part. Some are awesome and others would stay away from.

Cons

No sick time, have to use own PTO. They gave sick time for Covid, once used they do not replenish the time. They hire managers from outside who no nothing about our processes and solutions. The managers try to act like a friend and share too much self information then stab you in the back. IT department is a wreck since they are no longer located in the U S.. Hard to understand them, they don't know how to fix anything. Associates have started to rely on each other. Be careful. Most departments only care about the numbers.
