Upward career trajectory, but slow growth
Pros
AIM has been a company with competitive PTO, salary benefits and a decent bonus structure. The team and people around the company are also intelligent, knowledgeable and helpful if you know how to tap into their insights.
Cons
The management of the team is pretty substandard, in that the senior executives are unaware of the daily issues and problems faced by the junior employees, which leads to more friction and abrasion during performance reviews. Also, there is a lot of data politics that goes on around the organization, which sometimes may cause some of your personal requests for data to be deprioritized. Selection of projects is very critical in this company, because certain projects tend to be put on the shelf/die down if the contributions are not properly articulated or if enough value is not seen.
