      Pros

      Good benefits, nice coworkers, steady job, hours are okay, we have PTOs and they give makeup time. There's not really alot of room for growth but it's a good starter job for customer service. Work is very easy.

      Cons

      Pay rate is not good enough. Not much room for growth. We are only one department and no room to accelerate to other departments that's why other employees look for a better job where they can advance or move up to another position or department.
