      Pros

      Smart team, doesn't feel like a company that is large. AIM invests in their people with continuous motivation and training and has many opportunities. Flexible hours and great working environment with great work/life balance. Everyone in team is helpful. Continuous motivation and trainings. Happy to be a part of the team.

      Cons

      If I had to choose one thing, it would be the overall culture and lack of community involvement specific with AIM. We often see all the activities and community involvement with Anthem but the efforts are never trickled down to AIM.
