      Pros

      AIM has a really great training program and there is a strong and friendly support system in place for new hires. Associates are kind and helfpul, and everyone contributes to an environment that encourages teamwork and promotes a healthy work/life balance. Expectations are realistic, and questions or concerns are always encouraged to be expressed.

      Cons

      As a nurse, it was a bit of a challenge for me to go from working the patient floor to adapting to the office environment. However, I really enjoy the work I do, and the transition to the office environment has allowed me to achieve a work/life balance that I wasn't able to obtain as a floor nurse working bedside.
