If you have a friend within management u might be able to advance in the company

If you don't have a friend within mgmt you're screwed, its a who's who type of company!

Very few reasons to work for this kind of company --even if ur desperate.

Cons

Mean management, boiler-room, spying on employees, monitoring even bathroom breaks.

Pros

Coworkers were nice and helpful with any questions. It seemed like a family environment.

Cons

Pay was not great. Upper management was not good at keeping track of hours and often paid less than what employees were supposed to get.
