Cons

To much micromanagement. Initially I was happy there, however in short order that changed as soon as there were management changes. I had to take some time off for medical leave and when I came back some of our tasks had changed, only know one (not even my immediate supervisor) told me about/educated me on. So, when my calls were screened I was getting lower than my average, and when I complained that I did know why my scores were low, I was scolded that I should "know" about the changes. When I informed management that I had not been retrained, and I would like to be retrained I was rebuffed. I and another co worker were quickly put on a fast track for failure and I quit before being fired (which I have NEVER been, and I certainly was not going to let them do that to me). When I gave notice managers were questioning why and asking me to reconsider. SERIOUSLY?? In addition if you are not "friends" with every member of management you might as well start looking for another job. Because otherwise you are considered not a "team player" and will be dismissed in quick order. Lastly, I think another reason they were trying to get rid of myself and a number of other senior employees....we cost to much. They were starting to hire employees and paying them less than us. So of course get rid of those employees that cost more, hire new people pay them less and save a few dollars. Never mind that I saw any number of their employees getting HIGH in their parking lot!! But I the person who came to work on time, did my job and had NO COMPLAINTS was targeted to be let go. Classy!
