Pros

The option to work from home if you are a productive employee and consistently hit the metrics put in place by management. Quarterly bonuses on top of an annual bonus.

Cons

There is a lot of micromanagement, although, if people didnt abuse their privileges it probably wouldn't have to be implemented. Also, the procedures put in place to do your job are ever changing which make it difficult at times. Finally, there are very limited opportunities for growth.
