Pros

AIM Is a company that is constantly growing and expanding. Their training is amazing and really gets you prepared for the job and keep you knowledgeable throughout your time there. Everyone there is really personable and there is a great sense of comradery at all levels of the workforce.

Cons

There are always growing pains when a company is starting out or expanding. Sometimes news/changes are lost in translation. People need to remember, as with any call center job (or ANY job at all), customer service plays a big role. The people who call in might not always be the most pleasant but it is your job to help them. There are limited opportunities for advancement but there are opportunities.
