We truly appreciate your contributions and are sorry to hear that you left feeling disappointed with how things ended. That is not the experience we want for anyone who has invested so much of themselves here.
Because this is a public forum, we’re not able to go into details about any individual situation. What we can say is that we are committed to following both our internal leave policies and all applicable laws, and to supporting employees when they take leave. We take any concern that we may have missed the mark very seriously and review those situations carefully.
We also want to address your concern about the stability of the business. While we can’t discuss specific clients, our largest accounts remain strong partners, and we continue to build and grow those relationships. We are so proud to say we had another record year of performance!
