      Pros

      Leadership respects their employees and enables teams to make decisions. AIT is a respected company in the logistics sector. I’ve been with AIT over 25 years and seen a lot of growth. It’s been great being part of something that started relatively small to what it is now. I take pride in knowing I played a small part in AIT’s past and continued success.

      Cons

      Fast paced is not an aggregation. Other than this, nothing comes to mind.

      Pros

      Job and Career growth are awesome as AIT provides opportunities to gain new skills and pays for training & certifications. IT chain of command is very personable and reachable. They assist employee's in succeeding at the company.

      Cons

      As a global company, odd hours are sometimes required for tasks or projects. This also impacts coordination and collaboration with international colleagues. Recent acquisitions and their integration have proven challenging and headache-inducing.
