Never should have left AIT

great people work here. company proved to me that they were loyal to those who work hard; i should never have left and broke my career path there. office environment was great. very open and friendly.

Cons

poor benefits - for exmaple, the 401k match was bad. when i was there, HR department was not good. they did not listen or care.

Company is forward thinking and growing well in today's economy. I am at AIT for over 20 years, I believe that employees have a greater voice today than ever before in that time.

Cons

Find additional ways to engage staff. The employees always like to be involved and participate in where the company is going. Continue to allow everyone to contribute.
