Many smart, hard working people. Friendly work environment. Located close to Chicago, easy commute.

Cons

Poor internal communication from management downward to teams. Excessive turnover at all levels, went through about 10 different colleagues in accounting during my 2.5 years there. Limited promotional opportunities within the company, causing many employees to leave including myself. Low pay with regards to industry, found a job at a competitor for increased pay. Employees viewed as $ signs more than anything and how they affect bottom line.
