      Pros

      Direct contact with coworkers in my position where I was remote and free to do the job as I see fit provided I maintained results.

      Cons

      Phased out remote jobs. Management does not communicate or listen to employees at all. Takes 6 business months to get any sort of review or answer to questions from higher ups. That is not an exaggeration....this will literally take that long and that is based on THEIR eta/timeline.
