Great new environment with wonderful people and leadership. Love the changes and growth! Management is listening and seems to really care.

Cons

Change is tough for some, keep weeding them out. More bathroom stalls and increase 401K.

Great values, honest people, leading and changing the industry in many ways!

Pros

Exciting time to work at the company. Lots of growth, great changes, and building for the future. We are not living in the past or just the present. We appear to be making very good hiring decisions and closing more business than ever. The leaders are honest, family oriented people that care about their employees and communities.

Cons

Some people in the organization would rather not embrace change because they are stuck in their ways. Some of them are no longer here. It is a con because we miss them but it is a pro because they were holding us back. Need to increase the 401 K match. Some departments have managers and supervisors that don't communicate as well as upper management does.
