A stable, growing company with a future that wants individual, team and personal success for all employees. AIT has seasoned veterans that can impart career support for people interested in a career in logistics, freight forwarding and supply chain. If you are looking for a job, this is a GREAT company. If you are looking for a career, this is an EXCEPTIONAL company. This is a company who knows that the sum of its parts exceed the whole and success comes to those who bring something every day versus looking for a place from which to take.

Cons

New opportunities and products are coming on so fast it is sometimes difficult to know what service is the focus.

We have many hard working employees that want to see the success of the company grow if you worked here you would see that. We have currently hired strong individuals that will help with the growth and expansion of the company and I am excited to see where we will be in 2014.

Cons

Pet peeve..There are a few employees that do not pull their weight, just do the bare minimum, can be very negative and critical.

-Great co-workers -fast-paced environment -fairly easy as long as you pay attention -good about time off requests (except for the busy season from Thanksgiving - Christmas) -A great deal of LATERAL movement for new jobs within the company

Cons

-No opportunity for promotion or pay raise (raises haven't been given in 4+ years) -Senior management forgets about the little people -Low salaries
