      Paycheck never bounced (although the starting salary was 10K less than discussed)

      They expected nearly 24 hrs a day on call managing furniture delivery for a derelict group of 3PL's. It was laughable at the very best. The benefits were so expensive they weren't usable. The 401K was 25% match after 6 months...with a 5 year vesting period, LOL!! This was the most unprofessional and backwoods operation I have ever worked for. Their regional and national management are the most self-loathing group of underachieving hillbilly's ever know to mankind. It was bait and switch from day 1. Good riddance...

      Opportunity to learn about business.

      Cons

      Required to do extra work without pay. Health benefits are expensive. Management lacking effective leadership skills. Especially with GoConfigure, alot of nepotism throughout the organization.
