Pros
Their communication style is clear/professional and job responsibilities are concise and questions are encouraged. The best is you are not monitored constantly - you are given tasks and expected to meet them. The pace is medium to fast depending on seasons but as long as you update your information tracking systems you'll be fine! Managers listen and care for your well being and a healthy work environment.
Cons
Although the company is expanding I fear this position is leaning towards being a run of the mill, minimum wage position. Unless you fight and speak up you will not earn more than the entry level rate.
